Purpose of the Position
This position is part of the Quality Management structure. Its purpose is to manage, coordinate, and lead all activities related to quality management throughout the company's processes, impacting incoming raw materials, in-process operations, and finished products. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of Dynamic Control Plans; preparation of work instructions and in-process release sheets for incoming materials, production processes, and finished goods; implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Gage R&R; studies, and defect catalogs; analysis of internal and external quality issues; root cause identification; preparation of qual
