As a VPSE Calibration Ford Champ, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating the configuration and SW of Ford vehicle modules, this helping to solve problems in production units in the plant and in stock at the distributor.
**What you´ll need**:
- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Mechanic engineering, Systems engineering, Mechatronic engineering, other SW-related Engineering.
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)

**What you´ll do**:
- Oversee data analysis to identify root causes and resolve software-related issues in vehicles.
- Analyze data to uncover opportunities for process improvement.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to filter and prioritize issues effectively.
- Create and assign tickets to team members, managing the workflow process efficiently.
- Develop automation for Jira ticket creation related to Field Service Actions (FSA) to streamline and accelerate issue resolution processes.
