**Sales/Outreach Agent**
**Excellent English and Communication Skills**
**15,000 Mexican pesos per month, plus great bonus after hire**
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing company products/services and building rapport.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Effectively communicate the value of products/services and address client objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, share feedback, and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, outreach, or a similar customer-facing role.




- Excellent English language proficiency and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build trust quickly.
- Experience with cold calling and handling objections confidently and professionally.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to varying client needs and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
**Role has a daily goal of 5 leads per day. The role requires an average of 3 Broker appointments per day (15/week)**
**Commission for an appointment that ends up being a “listed for sale” Company.**
