**Salary**:10,000 Mexican Pesos per Month + 2000 pesos per lead**

**What You'll Do**:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Build rapport quickly and effectively communicate the value of what we offer.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive tone throughout calls.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Keep detailed records of call interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Fluent English** with excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Confidence and charisma over the phone.
- Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
