**What You’ll Do**:
As a Data & Operations Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- **Data Management**: Execute accurate data entry, maintenance, and validation processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of records across internal systems.
- **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for data management.
- **Client & Partner Service**: Provide timely and accurate responses to client and partner inquiries, delivering updates and resolving issues related to data or reporting as needed.
- **Database Quality Audits**: Conduct routine audits of databases to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- **Learning & Growth**: Gain exposure to CRM tools, operational processes, and business strategies,



preparing you for roles in client services, operations, CRM management, or data analysis.
**Who You Are**:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- **Currently studying or recently graduated**in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **Tech-savvy.** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is a must.
- **Detail-oriented**with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- **A strong communicator**, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. You must be highly fluent in English.
- **Eager to learn**, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Interested in **client-facing roles, operations, or technical paths.**:
- **Preferred but not required**: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
