**Distribution and Last Mile Logistics Manager**
**(Experience in Plastics Industry or Forwarders)**
**Location**: Mexico City
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all activities related to last mile logistics to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.
- Optimize routes and logistics processes, improving operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience in terms of deliveries.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, etc.) and external suppliers (transporters, courier companies, etc.).
- Supervise the operation of transport vehicles and logistics resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
- Prepare performance reports and propose continuous improvements.
- Manage logistics budgets and seek cost-effective solutions.
- Train and supervise the logistics team.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in last mile logistics or transportation management,



preferably in the plastics sector or with experience in forwarders.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics-related technological tools.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical skills for operational decision-making.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance in Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate English (essential).
