As an **Operations Ford Credit Champ,**you will be responsible of supporting various teams within Originations, Collections, or Customer Service.
**What you´ll need**:
- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Business Administration, Finance, or a related economic-administrative field.
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Empathetic, proactive, and analytical approach to problem-solving
**What you´ll do**:
**Collections**: Manage delinquent accounts across early, mid, and judicial stages. This may involve contacting customers, negotiating payment plans, and working with legal counsel.
**Customer Service**: Identify opportunities for service improvement based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) data and customer feedback. This includes analyzing trends, suggesting solutions, and potentially participating in process improvement initiatives.
