As a Customer Success Representative at Molex, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers' production plans and ensuring seamless operations through effective communication and collaboration.
**Our Team**
Join the DSS / CS / Templex and Twinax Operations team based in Guadalajara. Our team is dedicated to creating value and ensuring a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will work closely with various departments, including Program Management, Sales, and the Shipping Warehouse team, to drive success and maintain high standards.
**What You Will Do**
- Support the Order Management Process, handling tasks such as document review, order quantity verification, pricing accuracy, and addressing credit blocks.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Sales Representatives to deliver a unified message and create value for both Molex and our customers.
- Manage order changes and compile data reports using the SAP system, while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate procedures.
- Engage in proactive follow-up on open requests to prevent potential issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's Degree with advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).




- Proven experience in a similar role with SAP knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Practical knowledge of SAP.
- Positive attitude and self-starter who is also a team player.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Advanced knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced English proficiency (Written & Spoken) 85%+.
- Experience with Office packages and Materials Management.
