Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C and B2B Commerce to lead the architecture and successful delivery of enterprise-scale digital commerce implementations. The adecuado candidate must have architected and delivered a minimum of two complete SFCC implementation projects from scratch, working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and customer leadership.
The candidate should possess strong architectural expertise, hands-on technical capabilities, and excellent client-facing communication skills in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for SFCC B2C and B2B Commerce implementations.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing commerce solutions following Salesforce best practices.
Own the complete solution architecture from Discovery through Go-Live and Hypercare.




Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects during requirement gathering and solution design.
Lead technical workshops with customers and provide architecture recommendations.
Define integration architecture with enterprise applications including:
ERP
OMS
CRM
PIM
Payment Gateways
Tax Engines
Shipping Providers
Marketing Platforms
Design APIs using REST/SCAPI/OCAPI.
Lead integration architecture with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, etc.).
Review technical designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to SFCC best practices.
Define DevOps strategy including CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Perform architecture governance, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
Resolve critical production issues and provide architectural guidance during implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
