About The Role

from tech to customer support.

We’re looking for a Retail Credit Risk Manager to support our growing retail credit portfolio. You'll make data-driven decisions on risk-adjusted return requirements, propose preventive and reactive actions that impact portfolio credit performance and profitability and address local credit regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

Overseeing exposure to retail credit risk and quantifying risk exposures within the organisation, taking into consideration stakeholder impact.
Critically evaluating 1LoD proposals and ensuring all initiatives align with the Bank's risk appetite and best practices.
Ensuring full alignment with CNBV and BANXICO regulatory frameworks for Retail Credit Risk, proactively managing compliance updates and reporting standards.
