The Role:
The Cash Application Team Lead supervises, coaches,



and reviews the work and performance of a team of Cash Application Specialists. This role manages the escalation of complex issues, handles complex reconciliations, and drives process improvements — combining hands-on people leadership with strong technical ownership of the cash application function.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Download incoming payment information from the bank, identify customers, and apply payments to customer invoices.
Export data from dashboards and analyze it for missing or inaccurate entries.
Research unapplied payments and drive them to resolution.
Respond to Collections and customer inquiries via Zendesk and Slack.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four Cash Application Specialists.
Review and approve cash application activities performed by the team to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
