Senior Business Analyst

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a general technology team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, optimize processes, and help deliver high-impact technology solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What You'll Do
Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.




Perform GAP analysis and root cause analysis.
Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement.
Help ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Product Ownership concepts and roadmap planning.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience performing GAP analysis and root cause analysis.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have
Experience in financial software or FinTech environments.
Experience working on AI-related products or AI feature development.
