What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Strategic Roadmap Development: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and align them with long-term business objectives and ROI targets.
Governance Framework Design: Build and implement robust AI governance structures, including accountability models (RACI), policy guidelines, and ethical review processes.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management:



Lead cross-functional assessments to ensure alignment with general standards (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST RMF) and mitigate risks related to bias, privacy, and security.
Ethical Oversight & Transparency: Develop rubrics for Model Explainability and Fairness, ensuring that AI-driven decisions are traceable, unbiased, and socially responsible.
Organizational Change & Literacy: Facilitate workshops and training programs to bridge the "AI expertise barrier," fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and ethical AI adoption.

Qualification path:

Mandatory Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law (Digital/Tech focus), Management Information Systems, or Ethics/Philosophy. An MBA or JD is highly preferred.
Native Language: Native-level proficiency in your primary language is mandatory to navigate regional legal nuances and lead local stakeholder engagements.
