As s Specialist in Business Systems Support team, you will play a pivotal role in modeling business processes and designing solutions to meet our organization's requirements. You will work closely with end users, functional teams, and process owners to define, design, implement, as well as develop Oracle applications, the ServiceNow catalog services, and other business-related applications within the scope of the Business Systems Support team.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot system issues reported.
• Apply broad knowledge to identify and resolve core problems.
• Gather requirements and define the scope of change with business users.
• Demonstrate proactiveness in offering advice on process improvements, technical solutions, and innovations.
• Verify the feasibility of business users' requests based on existing technical systems and data structures.
• Represent business partners on projects and initiatives, advocate business priorities and compliance.




• Support technology projects by coordinating user testing and providing status reports.
• Identify potential risks for projects in scope, propose measures to mitigate these risks, and communicate them timely to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and the management team.
• Support other tasks and projects as requested by the line manager.
