As a Talent Consultant Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees,



aligning talent strategies with business objectives to improve employee retention, development, and performance.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills.
