Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role oversees and ensures the implementation of the company's quality management system across all operations. The Quality Director leads the development of quality assurance, quality control and food safety strategies,



drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with local and international quality standards and applicable laws. The purpose of this role is to maintain high product standards, minimize defects, and enhance customer satisfaction while supporting the company's overall growth and reputation.

Your Impact

As Quality Director your scope would consist of:
- Own and drive E2E Quality service delivery while providing E2E visibility of function agenda.
- Accountable for standardizing and optimizing processes centrally while assessing and addressing particularities from each site by:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to adhere to local and international standards.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts across the organization to enhance product quality and minimize defects.
