GENERAL SUMMARY
Business Affairs (BA) ensures all content is legally compliant and ready for distribution across general markets. Within the LATAM hub, the focus is on coordinating assets for network clearance and wider traffic for broadcast, digital and other media. This role will play a key part in managing approvals with clearance bodies, coordinating delivery, and ensuring assets are correctly versioned, instructed, and delivered to a range of media channels on time.

Acting as the operational backbone, the team enables seamless content distribution by managing approvals, trafficking TV and digital assets, instructing broadcasters, and maintaining accurate records – ensuring campaigns go live quickly, compliantly, and at scale.

We are looking for a BA Coordinator to join our expanding team. The BA Coordinator will support our BA Manager and play a key role in broadcast clearance and deliveries, censorship management and rights tracking. This is a key role that sits at the center of production operations and will require strong organization skills, heightened attention to detail,



and excellent stakeholder coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate submission and delivery of advertising campaigns to multiple 3rd parties including clearance bodies and approved delivery partners
Act as a subject matter expert across multiple client workflows and complex models
Ensure accurate data input into all portals, systems and tracking mechanisms including any 3rd party platforms
Advise on overall production and delivery timelines, processes, and any associated costs
Support production teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery of a wide range of assets across multiple media e.g. broadcast, digital and keeping client stakeholders updated throughout
Support the review and submission of scripts and storyboards for approval by relevant regulatory bodies prior to production
Work with in-market partners to manage local censorship processes
