Job Description:

- Supports execution of operational activities related to order fulfillment and escalation management.




- Assists in identifying and resolving order issues by working with cross-functional teams.
- Contributes to maintaining operational efficiency through structured follow-up, data analysis, and process support.

? Responsibilities
1. Escalation Support
- Assist in tracking and managing escalation cases
- Support follow-up activities to ensure timely resolution
- Help maintain accurate status and documentation of cases

2. Order Analysis
- Review order data to identify issues impacting execution (e.g., holds, shortages, missing information)
- Support identification of past due or at-risk orders
- Assist in preparing orders for execution readiness

3. Backlog Management Support
- Support backlog analysis and reporting
- Help track aging orders and highlight priority cases
- Assist in maintaining clean and updated backlog data

4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with OM, Care, and Supply Chain teams to gather information
- Support communication and follow-ups on ope
