About the role
The Sustaining Engineering Leader is responsible for driving and facilitating engineering changes for residential HVAC products manufactured at the site. This role plays a key part in improving product performance, implementing cost reduction initiatives, and ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies,



directly impacting customer satisfaction and business competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sustaining Engineering Leader, you’ll be responsible for:
• Managing and coordinating resources for the implementation of engineering changes in existing products.
• Defining and leading new projects focused on product cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Making strategic decisions regarding product improvement opportunities, ensuring technical feasibility and quality standards.
• Overseeing engineering change management processes related to new technologies or product updates.
• Evaluating product deviations and leading corrective actions to ensure compliance with specifications.
