We are looking for a Assembly Manufacturing Engineer

This position is to be fulfilled by a focused and self-motivated engineer to work in a dynamic industrial environment.
In this position you will design, develop and validate the manufacturing processes. You also will contribute to the buildup of new production cells, generating the technical information of production processes.



You will also maintain and improve existing manufacturing methods while supports Johnson Controls’ capacity expansion plans.

What you will do?
- Implements, promotes, and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, and application of rules. Lead by example.
- Manufacturing cell design.
- Calculate and control optimal capacities of production lines and fabrication processes.
- Verify Time standards and calculation of earn hours per family products.
- Facilitating A3 problem solving
- Designing future state value streams
- Create technical documentation (standard work sheets, OMS, ODS, FMEA, DFAM etc.)
- Contribute to the advancement of the organization in the JCMS
- Supports sharing of best practices as result of internal and external benchmarking activities
- Evaluation and modification of lay outs of production lines and production cells.
