What your background should look like

 4+ years’ experience in procurement as procurement as Buyer, Strategic sourcing Analyst or Equivalent position in supply chain
 Experience in preparation of negotiations
 Sourcing experience for relevant commodities
 Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills
 Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus and continues improvement attitude
 Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
 Ability to work in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams




 Ability to create competitive strategies and plans, broad knowledge of strategies and tactics of the marketplace, knows trends
 Proven track record in negotiation skills
 Knowledge of regional and integral supplier base for relevant commodities
 Advanced knowledge in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
 Fluent English at negotiation level

Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

Responsible for defining and implementing the strategy and classification (grow/fix/exit/develop) for the assigned suppliers (mostly small to mid-size suppliers) and commodities – under strong cooperation with Senior Strategic Buyer, Supplier Quality and Supply Chain Management
