**What you´ll do***:
- The project manager will be part of the Finance PMO structure, which main goal is to serve as project HUB for the Latin America region within Finance, support business initiatives and general projects.
- Administration of project portfolio within Finance, providing reporting support to the Regional Finance and Local Finance leadership and process owners, where applicable
- Bring previous experience related to Project Management to the current position
- Continue and establish continuous communication regarding project management within Finance
- Develop your own skills and improve digitalization and automation throughout the project phases
- Continue to progress with your own project education
- Provide project learning to entire Finance community within the region
- Work together with business units project leaders, and process owners to develop the project plan
- Assume a leadership position within each project to deliver the project according to the established plan
- Work proactively to maintain the project on track,



meeting the deadlines and complete them on time
- Work to achieve the long-term goal to be the central point of contact for projects in the region
**What makes you a good fit***:
- Experience of minimum 5 years in Project Management, preferrably in Finance scope
- Fluent English
- Analytical and leadership skills
- Negotiation skills and stakeholder management
- Desirable experience managing diverse teams
- Finance & Accounting general knowledge
- Microsoft 365 package Leadership skills
