Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT machinery, including lightning inspection systems

Create and maintain process maps to visualize and optimize SMT and workflows.

Draft and refine detailed work instructions to ensure consistent and reliable execution of SMT and PCB assembly processes.
Review and optimize PCB designs to ensure manufacturability and reliability.

Experiência y requisitos
5 years of experience in a similar position.
SMT experience, configuration, programming, instruction development.
Mastery of AOI machinery and X-ray inspection.
Competent in process control methodologies.
Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.
IPC and ESD protocols
Analytical thinking. Problem solving.
