Responsible for providing solutions to clients regarding human resources processes to contribute to the achievement of organizational results, monitoring the pre-payroll process for proper payment of staff and guaranteeing the resources of the Donaldson León plant.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead talent retention initiatives, onboarding processes, training sessions, and professional development programs to foster employee growth.- Design and implement initiatives to improve employee understanding and adherence to corporate processes.- Manage comprehensive services such as cleaning, cafeteria, and transportation,



while ensuring optimal and functional workplace design.- Monitor and ensure alignment with current labor laws and compliance with collective agreements.- Develop and lead well-being initiatives and engagement campaigns to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.- KPI's:
- Increase employee retention (Turnover) and engagement rates.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.- Improve employee satisfaction with well-being programs and workplace quality.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Administrative areas or similar.- +1 year of experience in HR area.
