**TAREAS ESENCIALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Publicar de manera oportuna las vacantes asignadas a su gestión.
- Llevar a cabo entrevistas presenciales y basadas en competencias para la correcta selección.
**EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA**
- Lic. Concluida en Administración, Rh o afin
- Experiência de 3 años en reclutamiento masivo
- Disponibilidad para viajar de manera continua
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Experiência deseable en reclutamiento de perfiles de ventas y manejo de multi-unidades
- Conocimiento básico de Administración de Personal,
- Alto conocimiento de medios de reclutamiento, entrevistas por competencias, pruebas técnicas o psicométricas
- Acostumbrado a trabajar bajo objetivos y metas
