Responsibilities: Lead all Salesforce administration tasks, including advanced user management, system configuration, custom object creation, workflow automation, reporting, and dashboard enhancements
- Oversee and manage Salesforce integrations with various internal and external data systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy
- Drive the assessment, scoping, and execution of new system enhancements and user requests, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and best practices
- Partner strategically with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within Salesforce
- Independently gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain robust, mission-critical workflows to support the operational efficiency and productivity of our commercial organization
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including complex configurations and customizations
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and advanced system functionalities
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize, manage multiple simultaneous projects,



and deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines
- Significant experience partnering closely with Go-To-Market and other cross-functional teams to proactively address business challenges through CRM enhancements
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to critically evaluate and synthesize complex information from diverse sources, identify underlying user needs, and implement effective solutions
- Demonstrated capability to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce processes, driving user adoption across the organization
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including advanced custom object development, formula fields, automation via Flows, Apex triggers, validation rules, and complex reports/dashboards
- Extensive experience managing large data volumes and using tools such as Data Loader or equivalent data manipulation platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise with complex data analysis, VLOOKUPS, and pivot tables
- Previous experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is strongly preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization
