**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Workflow Development**: Design and optimize content automation workflows using our proprietary builder. Map outputs—including article outlines, slug URLs, title tags, and more—to ensure structured and impactful content delivery.
- ** Prompt Engineering**: Develop, test, and refine AI prompts to generate accurate and engaging content. Leverage strong language skills to mix multiple language models and drive the right outcomes.
- ** Technical Integration**: Utilize lightweight Python coding and Liquid Syntax (or similar templating languages) to enhance workflow functionality and integrate AI prompts effectively.
- ** Client Collaboration**: Engage directly with customers to understand their business objectives, absorb feedback (e.g., “this blog doesn’t sound like us”), and tailor workflows that align with their goals.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:



Rapidly iterate on workflows based on performance data and user feedback, ensuring ongoing enhancements and operational excellence.
**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in building and managing AI-driven workflows, preferably in the content automation or SEO domain.
- Exceptional command of language and prompt engineering techniques to generate effective AI outputs.
- Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with Liquid Syntax or equivalent templating languages.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword optimization and search engine dynamics.
- Ability to iterate quickly on complex workflows based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
