Contribute to risk assessment, mitigation planning, escalation processes, and overall program coordination as part of the Program Core Team.
• Coordinate with customers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve technical, commercial, quality, and timing-related issues.
• Participate in engineering change management activities, including feasibility reviews and impact analysis related to cost,



timing, tooling, pricing, and implementation.
• Sales and Business Development Support
• Serve as the technical and commercial interface with customers, supporting meetings, negotiations, program reviews, and day-to-day communication with Purchasing, Engineering, and Program teams.
• Support preparation of RFQs, commercial offers, pricing strategies, costing analysis, and commercial documentation.
• Assist with contract management activities including repricing, recoveries, ECRs, negotiation preparation, and serial life commercial management.
• Support monitoring of program profitability through cost analysis, variable cost margin tracking, productivity initiatives, P&L; inputs, and cash flow-related activities.
• Contribute to business development activities through evaluation of new opportunities, targeted acquisitions, and commercial feasibility assessments.
