About the Role:

The Training & Development Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and training content. This role focuses on executing updates, managing training records, and ensuring all learning materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with current processes.
The position serves as a direct support function to the Training & Development Manager and plays a key role in maintaining the effectiveness and scalability of employee training programs.

Core Responsibilities

LMS Administration
- Maintain and manage the day-to-day functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Upload, organize, and update courses, modules, and learning paths
- Ensure consistent structure, naming conventions, and usability across all training content
- Maintain accurate training records for all employees

Content Management
- Update training materials to reflect process, system, or policy changes
- Format and edit content including presentations, SOPs, videos,



and assessments
- Assist in building and publishing new training modules within the LMS
- Ensure version control and accuracy of all materials

Training Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor employee training completion and participation
- Generate and distribute reports on training progress and completion rates
- Follow up with employees and managers regarding outstanding training requirements

Onboarding & Training Support
- Assign and track required training for new hires
- Support onboarding training setup and coordination
- Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions as needed
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for LMS-related issues

Process & System Improvement
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in training content or LMS structure
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency
- Support ongoing optimization of training workflows and processes
