The Role

The Kyndryl Graduate Program & beyond

Your journey as Software Engineerr will start with an immersive learning
program, focused on building a core set of business and consulting skills which
you will use working on exciting projects with our flagship clients. We will
support you in kickstarting your career by offering rotation, shadowing and
specialization opportunities during the 2-years program. Afterward, you'll have
the chance to work in either a Delivery or Go to Market role based on your
potential and skills.

Your role




Bring your specialist knowledge and experience to a company managing 50% of the
world’s MIPS and play a critical role in our modernization mission. You’ll be in
good company among our general community of experts leading the future of
mainframe modernization. Experts who share knowledge openly and collaborate
freely.

In this role, you’ll design, build and maintain the high-volume business logic
that runs on the mainframe. At the same time you’ll play a key role in
refactoring legacy code to enable modern cloud and mobile applications to
seamlessly interact with the mainframe’s core data.

Maintain Performance
•Prevent decay and find efficiencies: Monitor the architecture and identify
opportunities to optimize code to maintain and enhance mainframe performance.

Debug and Test
•Find and fix: Debug, troubleshoot, and analyze complex system interactions to
keep mission-critical applications runnin
