As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will lead high-impact IT projects, drive data-informed decisions, and enhance operational efficiency. You will report directly to our Sr IT Director and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosí location on a Hybrid work schedule.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop IT strategies and solutions. Responsibilities




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions that will improve digital customer satisfaction.
- Actively participate in strategic thinking workshops advocating for customer pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical leads to facilitate issue resolution, scope negotiation, and strong collaboration on initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of the technologies and business areas you support and be able to serve as a proxy for business counterparts as needed.
- Support the eCommerce and Portal IT roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment on priorities and ability to articulate clear justification and business benefit for prioritized scope
- Oversee project execution; and support project activities as needed including requirements gathering, testing prep and execution, defect triage, and hypercare.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence for the digital customer experience IT
