We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and scale recruiting efforts in Mexico City. This role will be instrumental in building Tinuiti’s presence in the region, partnering closely with business leaders to attract top-tier talent while shaping a best-in-class candidate experience.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on recruiter, owning full-cycle hiring while developing localized recruiting strategies aligned to business growth.

What You’ll Do

Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Own and drive the talent acquisition strategy for Mexico, aligned to business goals and growth plans
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build scalable hiring plans
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations
- Help build and evolve Tinuiti’s employer brand in the Mexico market
