Job Description
Associate Agreement
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Modality: Hybrid
Reports to: Global Long-term Agreements Manager
Language Requirement: Advanced English (mandatory)

Position Summary
The Associate Agreement reviews, analyzes, and approves Special Price Requests (SPRs) using data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and with Delegation of Authority limits.




Under the guidance of the Global Agreements Manager, this role operates with moderate supervision. It leverages data analysis, pricing strategies, and standard policies and procedures to drive data-driven decisions. Specifically, these decisions involve approving and renewing Customer Special Price Agreements.
This position meaningfully contributes in pricing negotiations, process improvement, and collaboration, ensuring and profitable agreements across general markets.

Important Responsibilities
Pricing and Agreements Management
- Review, analyze, and approve Special Price Requests (SPRs) following Delegation of Authority and internal controls.
- Lead price negotiation activities, providing data-backed recommendations.
- Renew Customer Long-term Pricing Agreements and manage agreement modifications.
- Support Sales teams in accomplishing pricing strategies and negotiations.
