Objective of the position:
Organizational Design & Governance: Lead the design and continuous optimization of the organizational structure across all Daimler Truck México locations, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and strategic priorities.



Maintain accurate and compliant organizational documentation in line with ISO standards and applicable DTAG/DTNA policies, ensuring audit readiness and governance integrity.

Workplace Services Management (Mexico City Offices) Oversee the administration of workplace services—including transportation and parking for Mexico City offices, ensuring efficient, high-quality support that enhances employee experience and enables business continuity across all units

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Organizational analysis
- ISO audits for org
- Data analysis
- English level: Upper Intermediate B2+

Soft Skills:

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Relations, Finance, or related fields.
