We sell direct-to-consumer through our Shopify store and across major marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, Target, Walmart, and more). Our DTC channel is growing, and email is the engine we're investing in next.

About the Role

We're looking for an Email Marketer to own our Klaviyo program end to end — the flows, the designs, and the campaign calendar. This is a builder role, not a maintainer role: our automated flow infrastructure is early-stage, which means you'll get to architect the lifecycle program largely from scratch and see your work move revenue directly.

You'll be the person who designs the email, writes the subject line, builds the segment, sets up the flow logic, hits send, and reads the numbers the next morning. If you want a role where you only do one slice of that, this isn't it.

What You'll Do:

Flow Setup & Automation
- Architect, build, and optimize our core Klaviyo flow library:



Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Sunset, and replenishment/cross-sell flows
- Design flow logic: triggers, conditional splits, time delays, smart sending, and exit conditions
- Build and maintain segments based on engagement, purchase behavior, and predicted lifetime value
- Own list health: deliverability monitoring, sunset policies, double opt-in, and signup form quality (including bot/spam protection)
- Implement and QA tracking — UTMs, conversion attribution, and event triggers from Shopify

Email Design
- Design mobile-first, on-brand email templates in Klaviyo (drag-and-drop and/or custom HTML)
- Translate Americanflat's brand guidelines into a consistent, recognizable email design system — typography, color discipline, product photography layouts
- Build reusable modular blocks (hero, product grid, social proof, footer) so campaigns ship fast without s
