Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage end-to-end order management process, from order entry to delivery
- Process and maintain customer orders in SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits, returns)
- Handle purchase orders, credit/debit notes and customer requests
- Maintain communication with customers, including US stakeholders (written communication)
- Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance) to ensure timely delivery




- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues
- Use Salesforce and reporting tools to manage customer interactions and track cases
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and issue resolution

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade or related
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management
- Experience with SAP (order entry, invoicing, credits/debits)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- English B2+ (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills with international stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience in food ingredients, chemical or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of order-to-cash or supply chain processes
