**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Integration Architect to design and develop integration solutions
- Implement and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud architecture
- Develop APIs to synchronize data between Navex’s RiskRate System and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ensure compliance with design and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
- Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and capabilities
- Optimize system performance through proactive testing and tuning
- Document all processes and architectures clearly
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce domain
- Proficiency in Salesforce Integration
- Proficiency in API development
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot
- Background in designing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Familiarity with coding standards and practices
- Understanding of system performance optimization
- Skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Capability to provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Excellent documentation skills
- English level B2+ for effective communication
