**Responsibilities**
- **Case Management**: Independently handle and manage a caseload of approximately 30 active cases at all times, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
- **Expertise Required**:
- Family Petitions.
- Consular Processing and interview preparation.
- Waivers, including I-601, I-601A, and I-212.
- **Client Communication**:
- Provide high-quality customer service by promptly returning client calls and responding to inquiries within the same business day.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication, guiding clients through complex processes.
- Ensure at least 20 case submissions per month.
- **Self-Sufficiency**: Operate effectively under mínimal supervision, as the supervising attorney is frequently unavailable.
- **Technology & Tools**:
- Proficient in using **MyCase CRM** for case tracking and management.
- Organized and capable of maintaining detailed records and ensuring all documents are properly uploaded and filed.

- Proven experience as an immigration paralegal with expertise in all the above-listed areas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently and accurately.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Independence**: Self-motivated and capable of making decisions without constant oversight.
- **Technology**: Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially **MyCase**, is essential.
