At **Casa Fresh**, a leading distributor of avocados, fruits, and vegetables in the U.S. market, we’re looking for **experienced sales representatives** based in **Mexico** to join our growing team. This is a **remote position** with a **fixed salary** (no commissions).
**What we’re looking for**:
Strong sales and customer service skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience in B2B sales (wholesalers, retailers, or supermarkets)
Knowledge of the fresh produce market is a plus (especially avocados)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
