We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable **Senior Flutter Developer** to contribute to the development of a new software solution designed to revolutionize the residential home inspection process. As a core member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in building the product's architectural foundation and ensuring its success across multiple platforms including web, mobile, tablet, and desktop.
**Responsibilities**
- Embrace and implement the Pivotal Labs framework within the development process, including test-driven development (TDD), pair programming, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure rapid, reliable, and efficient delivery of software
- Develop and optimize a microservices architecture on the Google Cloud Platform, using REST and event-based messaging for interservice communication
- Craft backend services using the SpringBoot framework and Java, ensuring clean, test-driven, and maintainable code
- Implement Redis for caching, and make use of ElasticSearch and Postgres for robust data storage and querying capabilities
- Utilize Jenkins for CI/CD, following Pivotal's continuous development and deployment practices
- Collaborate closely with product management and stakeholders to define technical specifications, prioritize features, and guide the product's strategic direction in line with user needs and business goals
**Requirements**:
- Solid experience with Jenkins and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Demonstrated experience in working within Agile frameworks, preferably Pivotal Labs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Readiness for potential pair programming practices
- English level B2+ for effective communication
