**This role**
The Information Technology Specialist is in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems that a business uses to maintain computer and software networks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend in-person meetings or Google Meet with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
- You will diagnose and troubleshoot complicated technical cases in a dynamic environment.
- Procurement / Asset Management experience
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years provided support in the form of LinuxWindowsMac OS architecture.
- Experience with automation engineering, switches and network technologies.




- SaaS / Cloud experience (Google Workplace / Slack / 1Password / SSO).
- Able to work off hours for maintenance and projects.
- Python or other language at a Novice level or higher
