We are seeking a dedicated **Scrum Master I**to facilitate the success of our Agile teams by ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum practices, removing roadblocks, and enhancing communication and collaboration.
The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in supporting our projects and driving efficiency and productivity among team members.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive all SCRUM ceremonies
- Remove roadblocks to team progress
- Enhance communication within the team and with other teams
- Provide status reports and collect metrics
- Manage and groom JIRA to ensure it is up to date
- Focus on improving team efficiency and productivity
- Provide timely input on risks and issues impacting quality, schedule, or resources and recommend effective mitigation plans
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum practitioner with a solid Agile project background
- Background in interacting with other teams and effective communication
- Competency in troubleshooting real issues
- Technical proficiency relevant to microservices, APIs, and cross-channel services
- Experience implementing SDLC and Quality processes in an Agile team
- Proficiency in JIRA, with skills in reporting and team management
