We are seeking a dedicated **Scrum Master I** to play a vital role in supporting our new Business area Client Proposal and Enablement Team.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating the agile development process and guiding the team towards successful project delivery
- Collaborate closely with the team and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Support the establishment and maintenance of a solid project framework through continuous improvement and adaptation
- Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering consistent value
- Provide expertise in backlog management, working with business and functional requirements, and defining the product vision
- Guide project transformation by identifying changes and enhancements for project success and adaptability
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and meeting stakeholder satisfaction
- Demonstrated involvement in discovery, proof of concept (POC), end-to-end delivery, and project completion
- Experience in project establishment, including building a solid framework, defining roles, and establishing effective communication channels
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analysis roles, or backlog management
- Excellent partnership skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver consistent value
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 level
