We are looking for a part-time Accountant to be a part of a team that provides accounting services to different companies in the United States.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling multiple clients' daily bookkeeping activities as well as preparing month-end reports to deliver to clients.
- Daily activities include invoice input, vendor payments, payroll entry, daily sales reconciliation, and tracking bank activity.
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients to review P&L;
- Compile month-end report packet with P&L;, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation and Analysis to the client.
What we are Looking for:
- University degree in accounting or a relevant field or bookkeeping experience, preferably with an American company.
- Experience working within accounting or bookkeeping functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and excellent problem-solving skills.




- Client engagement skills and confidence-building relationships.
- Organized, timely, motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
What we offer:
- Pay rate of $7.00 to $10.00 USD per hour
- 100% remote oportunity
- This position is freelance and hourly, it does not offer mexican law benefits
