**Your Role**
As a **Sales Team Leader**, you’ll play a key role in optimizing team performance, ensuring targets are met, and fostering a culture of success. You’ll provide hands-on coaching, monitor performance, and implement strategies that maximize sales effectiveness.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed goals.
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and skill development.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
**Performance & Strategy**
- Set and communicate clear sales objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze team performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Report key metrics and insights to management.




**Culture & Motivation**

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in digital marketing or a similar field.
- Strong ability to coach, inspire, and drive performance.

- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in remote team management is a plus.
