We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Project Manager
Tops Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on working experience
- Strong experience working with Change, Release and Incident Management.
- ITIL/PMP Certification
- Excellent English language proficiency
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee the entire infrastructure operations to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Implement and maintain change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and mínimal disruptions.
- Coordinate and execute release management activities to ensure timely and successful software deployments.
- Handle incident management processes to quickly resolve issues and minimize impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across all infrastructure-related activities.
- Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other stakeholders as needed.




- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company policies in all infrastructure operations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and security of the infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve infrastructure operations.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the infrastructure operations team.
