**Your New Role**:
**This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the order-to-cash cycle, internal stakeholders, and customers. The AR Analyst will play a critical role in fostering an environment that upholds and reflects the Warner Bros. Discovery brand.**:
**Your Role Accountabilities**:
- ** Data Management**:Master Data workbook management and active coordination with category associates**.**Collecting,**managing,** and auditing licensee GTINs, MPNs and SKUs to support internal validation**.**Maintain manual data mapping of key attributes and production of manual reporting**.**Manage retailer supplier systems (**i.e.**submit** item shares and follow up with licensee approvals)**.**Identify**,**consolidate**,** and analyze data from multiple sources to audit current POS coverage**.**Licensee** POS/royalty statements, key retail account data, NPD,**etc.**Monitor sell-in and sell-thru performance from internal point-of-sale business data**.**Review with local sales teams and accounts to ensure**optimal** data coverage**.**Weekly data acquisition,**processing,** and data cleansing**:
- ***Identify** and**facilitate** resolution with customers for non-payment and providing guidance on complex issues for problem resolution including short-pay, credits,



and open invoices**.**F**ollow up with customers**regarding** past-due payments**.**Assist** with incoming customer payment allocation requests**.**Process and reconcile account receivables and remittances**.** Ensure that**collections** target**s**are met or exceeded monthly.** Preparing the statement of accounts for customers and regularly following up**for** payments**.**Build effective integral working relationships with internal and external clients, including BPOs**.**:
- ***Maintain contact information and customer specific instructions for accounts in portfolio and**assist** with invoice delivery as needed**.**Initiate customer refund requests**.**Follow-up on remittances with customers and understanding of adjustments in payments like**withholding tax and foreign tax exchange issues**.**Create and analyze** AR aging reports**.**Address payment issues like double payments or other**discrepancies.**Identify** and**facilitate** improvements in the A/R processes through technology or procedural improvements.**Maintain**documentation for compliance reporting and audits.**:
**Qualifications & Experiences**:
- ** Fluent in English**:
- ** 1** to**3** years’ experience in Account Receivables reconciliations/Collections**:
- ** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance** or related field is preferred**:
- ** Q**uick problem solver, team player,**good time** management skills**:
- ** Excellent**listening,**oral**,** and written communication skills**:
- ** Experience in**SAP ERP**preferred**:
- ** Great organizational and interpersonal skills**:
- ** High level** of analytical skills** and problem-solving skills**:
- ** Complete understanding of the Order to Cash process**:
- ** Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word,**Powerpoint**)**:
