Your New Role
The Senior Analyst, P&C; Program & Product Management, plays a key role in supporting delivery of key P&C; projects products aimed at modernizing and optimizing processes, systems, and practices across the organization. This role will support senior team members with all aspects of project delivery, including leading and managing the day-to-day delivery of a workstream, collaborating with cross-enterprise teams and stakeholders to help operationalize initiatives; supported through robust project management and change management practices.
Your Role Accountabilities
- ** Project Management**
- Understand the objectives, scope, and impact of transformation projects.
- Contribute to the build and execution of project plans that align with project goals and objectives.
- Lead workstream activities on a project / product initiative from initial capturing of scope, requirements, design, build and implement




- Identify potential risks and challenges related to workstream and assist in developing mitigation plans.
- Partner with the change team and ensure alignment between project and change plans
- ** Project Management Office (PMO)**
- Provide day-to-day Project Management Office (PMO) support across all Talent products and services being implemented.
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools for tracking progress, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track project milestones, adjusting plans as necessary to respond to changing business needs or challenges.
- Contribute to reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding project progress and success across all initiatives
- Obtain organizational reports and undertake data analysis to provide insights and recommendation to support project / product needs
- ** Product Management**
- Support the product lifecycle for a set of initiatives including capturing requirements/product features; capturing detailed user stories, and work with technology teams to implement new solutions that meet evolving P&C; needs and deliver the people experience
- Solicit and act on end-user feedback to ensure product effectiveness




- Assist in all aspects of documentation tied to the product delivery (procedural artifacts / SOPs; test documentation; change management / end user guides)
- Support enhancements and iterative improvements of the product suite
- ** Stakeholder Management & Communication**
- Facilitate project meetings with P&C; and CoE stakeholders to drive out decisions required to obtain approvals where required
- Act as a liaison across the project to ensure alignment, clear communication, and collaboration on key initiatives.
- Develop presentation material for project meetings and keep stakeholders informed of upcoming project milestones
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 + years experience in HR, projects or product management
- Proven track record of integral project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritizing and delegating effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with varying levels of stakeholders and to effectively influence others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, delivering messages and concepts in a clear and engaging way, tailoring communication style effectively to varying audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to take direction from senior team members and contribute as part of a cohesive team.
