What will your day be like at ACPS Automotive Qro as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer?
**Position Authority**:
Stop, resolve, and/or notify any activity that jeopardizes the integrity of the industrialization of new projects, engineering changes, and/or the personnel involved, giving immediate notice according to the Organization's escalation plan.
**Position Responsibility**:
- Maintain the magic triangle ("time, cost, quality") of new and/or existing projects as well as manufacturing technologies at the local plant (handover with Manufacturing & Production Engineer).
- Responsible for clearly reporting the status of projects at the plant & providing support for operations at corporate.




- Support the industrialization of new technologies in other production plants.
- Consult with the local plant regarding state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies & related areas such as process control systems.
- Continuous & proactive communication within sister plants as well as with corporate.
**Technical Knowledge Required**:
- Project Management
- Problem Analysis & Resolution
- IATF & VDA Standards (Automotive standards)
- Interpretation of Designs & Engineering Specifications
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Plant Layout Planning
- Lean Production Methods
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
**Admission Profile**:
- Academic Degree: Engineering in Production Processes, Mechanical Engineering or related, Master’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge in: Project Management, Engineering Changes & Industrializations, Robotic MIG Welding Processes, Assembly, Bending, Laser Cutting.
