YOUR ROLE
- Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
- Monitor production systems and respond to critical incidents.
- Support architecture changes, integrations, and platform updates.
- Maintain and evolve event-based system logic.
- Drive build, deployment, and release best practices.

YOUR PROFILE
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Java + Spring Boot or Python (Django).
- Strong experience with React.
- Experience with Kafka and GraphQL
- Experience with SQL and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with at least one of these platforms: Dagster,



Data Lakes or Amazon Athena.
- Ability to debug cross-system issues (frontend, backend, APIs, data)
- Ability to own full lifecycle.
